Welcome to Prime Time Steak & Chop House, a restaurant that combines the warm, welcoming atmosphere of a small town with the bold flavors and sophistication of a big city steakhouse. At Prime Time, we’re proud to offer a dining experience that’s unlike anything else in town.

Our owner, Luke Howell, is a local resident with a passion for great food and hospitality. Luke has honed his skills as a chef and a manager, and he brings his expertise to every aspect of Prime Time.

“My filet mignon was cooked a perfect medium rare – very tender and delicious. I love their mashed potatoes (the real deal), but got to snag a couple sweet potatoes fries from my sis – they were great too! My other sis ordered smoked carnitas bbq mac and cheese ‐ this was amazing! Her jalapeño cornbread was also something special. We really enjoyed our dinner here – food was excellent, local beers on tap, and service was on point and fun.”

Tried this restaurant when it originally opened and was less then impressed! Came back last last Friday- and was MORE THEN IMPRESSED!⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ NEW OWNERS- AWESOME FOOD- GREAT SERVICE —— and the list goes on! So glad we gave it a second try! Workers we’re friendly and knowledgeable of menu items. Owner came to our table and thanked us for coming! Was very nice to see the people behind the scenes come forward and introduce themselves! Definitely going back and HIGHLY recommend!

“Driving home from the Tulip Festival and decided to try Prime Time Steak and Chop House and it was soooo good! Great salad bar and the ribs were the best! My boys enjoyed the steak tips and fish. The jalapeno bread was the icing on the cake! So good! We will be back!+

“Awesome atmosphere and super friendly service. The food was phenomenal. My table had the lobster fondue and munster cheese curds to start which were amazing. We also had the ribs, ribeye, and salmon. All were wonderful. The salad bar is such a great perk too, not seen at many restaurants anymore. Highly recommend!”
